* A telemedicine consult with an MD is required for first time appointments and is good for 6 months. This is to ensure safety of all clients. Consultation time is about 5 minutes and the MD fee is $25.
Policies
Late
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled. You may be subjected to pay a fee of fifty percent of the services booked; unless you choose to reschedule then the fee will be waived.
No Show
No shows will be charged the entire value of the services booked.
Cancellation
Cancellations within twenty-four hours of your appointment time may be subjected to pay a fee of fifty percent of the services booked; unless you choose to reschedule then the fee will be waived.
Mobile Appointments
A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking a mobile appointment. Deposit will be counted towards the total cost of the services booked.
